01 / Privacy
A bank statement is the most private document you own. Here is what actually happens under the hood when you convert a file.

Your PDF is parsed inside your browser. The file never leaves your device. Even scanned PDFs are read with OCR that downloads and runs locally. A strict CSP blocks all outside connections.

All five verified competitors upload your PDF to their servers. Several run session-recording (Microsoft Clarity) or ad scripts on the page where you drop your statements.

03 / Who’s behind this
“I’m Zishan Khan, a solo founder from India. I’m building this because converting a bank statement shouldn’t mean handing a stranger your bank history. Bank statement converter sites on the internet are storing your statements on their servers. I don’t want to share this private information with anyone, and neither do you. That’s why I built this: the most trustworthy and reliable bank statement converter on the internet. Privacy is our right! Enjoy.”

No. The conversion is designed to run entirely in your browser, so the PDF is read on your device and is never sent to us.
Every file is checked against the statement’s own balances: opening balance plus credits minus debits must equal the closing balance. If it doesn’t, you’re told which row to look at.
We’re starting with the major banks in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. The list above shows the banks we support.
Yes, on the paid plans. A scanned PDF is read with text recognition (OCR) in your own browser, so it is never uploaded either, and the balance check points at any row where a digit was misread. A photo needs to be a PDF first: most phone scanning apps save straight to PDF. Text-based PDFs, the kind online banking gives you, work on every plan.
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV, with one tidy table: date, description, debit, credit and running balance, and files for accounting software: QuickBooks (.qbo, and .iif for QuickBooks Desktop), Quicken (.qfx and .qif), OFX (for Xero, Sage, MYOB and most others), a Xero-ready CSV and Tally (XML).
Yes, on a paid plan: choose up to 24 PDFs together. Each one is converted and checked in your browser, then they are merged into one spreadsheet per account, with a check that each month opens where the one before closed, so a missing month shows up. You also get a PDF reconciliation report to attach to a client file.
Not to try it: 2 statements a day, up to 20 pages each, in any format, need nothing at all. A free account (just your email, no password) gives you 2 more, and handles statements up to 50 pages. Paid plans use the same account, so your pages and receipts stay with you.
