Who we are

Safe Bank Statement Converter is run by Zishan Khan, an individual in India (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Dodo is the seller on your receipt.

What the service does

It converts bank statement PDFs into Excel or CSV files, in your browser, and runs a balance check on the result. Your files are not uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.

Free use and accounts

• Without an account: 2 statements in any 24 hours, up to 20 pages each.
• With a free account: 4 statements in any 24 hours, up to 20 pages each.

We may change these limits. You sign in with a link we email to you, so keep access to your email. One account is for one person, except on the Firm plan, which includes 3 seats.

Paid plans

Packs are a one-time payment for a set number of pages that last 12 months. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. What each plan includes, and its price in US dollars, is shown on the Pricingsection when you buy. Taxes are handled by Dodo and shown at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stops renewing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our refund rules are on the Refund Policy page and are part of these terms.

Using it fairly

• Only convert statements that are yours, or that you have the right to handle.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to commit fraud.
• Do not try to get around the limits, overload the site, or attack it.

We may stop an account that breaks these rules.

Accuracy

The balance check confirms that the opening balance plus credits minus debits equals the closing balance. That is strong evidence the rows are right, but it is not a guarantee, and some layouts are harder than others. Compare the result with your original statement before you rely on it for tax, a loan or any other important use. Nothing here is financial, tax or accounting advice.

What belongs to whom

Your statements and the files you create are yours. We do not claim any rights over them. The site, its design and its code belong to us.

Availability

We work to keep the site running, but we provide it “as is”, and it may change, pause or have bugs. We will not promise it is always available or free of errors.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost profit or lost time. Our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those still apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and tell account holders by email if the change matters. Questions go tohello@safebankstatementconverter.com.
